MEHAK + YASH

The Boho-themed mehendi was a colorful affair. The bride had created a love story Lehenga for herself that depicted the entire storyline of her proposal and courtship. The couple captured beautiful portraits in the sunlit courtyard. The groom entered to Dhol beats with his family and while the bride walked hand in hand with her parents. The afternoon kicked off with a face-off to dhol beats. The family kicked off the mehendi celebrations and were then taken over by the floral adornment ceremony followed by a dhol-themed cake cutting. DJ Maddock with Dhol walas took over to make sure that the crowd swooned to his Bollywood Beats.

This was an epic one, since it was Covid times and the couple couldn’t do a Pre wed shoot we decided to do one at the property itself. At 2 am at night, we asked the couple if they wanted to create these memories. They were game and the absolutely amazing team of PK Suri did the trick. We got some captures that will be treasured by the couple and us for years to come. Memories Created.

Guns & Roses was the theme for the night, a night that was dressed in black and red. A cocktail where the couple took center stage and everything was royal and red. The signage at the entry read we’ve waited for a year so party accordingly. The evening kicked off with the couple entering to a " Sky Full of Stars " and breaking into a dance then followed by performances of the entire family followed by the friends. Yash went down on his knees to put a ring on Mehak and we raised a toast to the beautiful couple. DJ Aman Nagpal took over the night with his Dhol team. What a night it was going into the wee hours of the morning with the bar being the highlight.

The Ghari Puja of both Mehak & Yash kicked off in simultaneous rooms. The rituals were meticulously executed by the pandit. The groom's friends tore his clothes and drenched him in water. These moments are the ones that stay with us.

The Groom after a banger Baraat and his groomsmen were welcomed to the venue. The groom waited on the podium while the bride walked down the stairs to vocals by the groom's sister. They exchanged garlands and were showered with a gazillion rose petals. As the theme suggests everything was elegant and minimalistic. The space was filled with baby’s breath and greens to adorn the place with fairy lights all over. The ceremonies started off and the space looked magical. The ceremonies were completed and the couple walked down to sparklers going off followed by the bride's vidaai. An emotional moment but towards a future that was bright and beautiful for both. A story for keeps.

The after party was a closure to the beautiful wedding. We had Madhur Sharma who made sure everyone swayed to his Sufi tunes. A night to behold and a story that will always remain soulfully dear to us.
